Simple Past

The simple past is when you want speak about something that is past,
but the verbs are regular or irregulars
When the verbs are regulars the verb finish in ed
And when the verb is irregular the verb is different


Example :

VERB REGULAR

I play in the school
I played in the school

PLAY - PLAYED

I open the dor
I opened the dor

OPEN - OPENED

Example :
VERB IRREGULAR

I go to the cinema with my friend
I went to the cinema with my friend

GO - WENT

He is the best
He was the best

BE - WAS/WERE
